[Resolved] Flipkart — Housefull Engineered wood study table | |||||
This is regarding the study table ordered on 18 dec 2016 ( order id :- OD[protected]. Few planks were damaged when i had received the table .this was identified by the carpenter who visited for assembling on 28 th dec 2016. I requested for a replacement . But the replacement never happened even after following with the executives and sending pics of damaged planks. Then came a replacement pack with 4 planks and a lock. Again in that package one damaged plank " F3 " was missing, i kept on following with flipkart executives but even after two months the issue is still unresolved, finally the table was assembled with the damaged part .I had even posted on Flipkart FB page, now daily I get a call from a Flipkart executive saying that we are sorry for this and we are trying to resolve the issue . A simple issue is not being resolved in 2 and a half months .And when flipkart offers 10 days replacement while purchasing the product, why it is not fulfilling it .
