The Flipkart app confirmed the delivery on the 6/10/16 with no time specifics, it was not delivered on the 6th and the delivery status said the product was attempted to be delivered which was grossly incorrect, after speaking to the customer service they accepted a glitch at their end and said the product would surely be delivered by the 07/10/16 by 1900 hrs and yet again the product was not delivered. Now the customer service over the phone have extended the delivery to the 10th and emailed back saying will be the 11th. They have no accurate information of the delivery and no one from the customer service is following up. Was this information helpful? | |||||
