I have placed order of laptop on 10th February 2024. As per flipkart it was expected to deliver by 13th February 2024.
Due to negligence of staff the product has reached Gulbarga which is 400km from given address. I got call from Gulbarga ekart agent, asked my place name I told Dandeli. He told we cannot deliver it has reached Gulbarga. He asked my number I mentioned my number. After he asked OTP I denied it and told first deliver it later I will share OTP with you. He started to tell cancel order I said no. He disconnected call. Flipkart services are fraud unprofessional.
Now my product delivery is delayed by 3 days which is 16th February 2024.
I was expecting early delivery. Again ithe item is shipped to Gulbarga again.
It's difficult to trust Flipkart services
I cannot cancel the order because offer which I got at the time order is no more available.
There no proper support from Flipkart for the order. I have paid complete amount of product before it's delivery.
