I am facing issue in redeeming my mobile coupon but no one replied me in this regard. I have won nubia red magic 3 (Black, 128 gb)

I have already requested @flipkart to look into this matter but they are not responding to my messages.
And i am getting same scripted messages from @flipkartsupport like "we are looking into this matter"

Today on 3rd december i got a call from flipkart and they said "we can't send your prize"

After doing immense hardwork in their promotional activity this is what i got from them.

I had submitted my registered number but by mistake i failed to submit my registered email id.

They made a huge issue of small error and said we will not send you mobile.

They themselves never asked for details then how do we know what types of details they want. But this is such a lame excuse.
