Dear sir/madam, I have placed the order with flipkart order no :od[protected] and i found that specification is not good and thought of returning the item, but seller is rejecting my return request. Customer care is suggesting that they cannot take it back, you need to use it even though you are not interested in this product. I have not even opened the product. Jun 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 24, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We would like to inform that as the product delivered is the same as ordered and there is not defect or damage in the product. Hence, as per the seller return policy the seller shall not be able to accommodate customer request for the return of the product. Closing the complaint from our end.
