[Resolved] Flipkart — huawei f501 wireless gsm landline phone cordless landline phone - damage received

I found this phone in a damaged condition & of poor material quality. So i don't want to get it replaced with same model type. I want to get my order cancel & wants my money refund, so that i can oder another phone from flipkart;

The back cover is broken, speaker of phone is not too loud. Actually its speaker is not working.

So plz take care of my complaints & try to resolve it asap so that i will able to order my another phone (Preferably motorala wireless phone)

Flipkart Customer Care's response The customer complaint about defective and issue in the product and wants the refund for the same. Hence processed the refund as per customer request. Hence closing the complaint.
