I bought a shoe on 1st february 2018 from seller retailnet for rs.2589/- by order id od[protected] item).in the few months (6 months), the right leg shoe sole is getting fully damaged, i am frustrated how flipkart delivered the product and is getting damaged within just 6 months, whose price of the shoe is 2589/-, i have no faith neither in flipkart nor any online product.
Can i exchange the product, as it is only just 6 months?

Updated by deovi Flipkart executive phone me today and said that the product is "OUT OF POLICY", i.e., neither exchanged nor refund. But i do not want refund, rather if the product may be repaired at my cost, then it is ok, as the product value is 2589. I really value for money, rather FLIPKART don't. It is right to say that "FLIPKART is CHOR hain", they kept damaged product and delivered product that could be damaged within just 5-6 months.

Updated by deovi FLIPKART labeled the product as hush puppies by bata city bounce-slip on. I am interested to buy the product as the product is made by BATA, but i am getting disappointed that the product is not made by BATA, they labeled the product as the consumer is interested to buy. It is the marketing policy of FLIPKART.
