Flipkart — I am complaining about a refurbished laptop being delivered and rude customer services chats

I purchased a Asus Tuf laptop from Flipkart, |t was delivered on 16th Aug 2022. The delivery guy did not show me any seals, Hurriedly opened the box and took the pic and left and did not let me touch the laptop. As soon as | took the laptop for inspection he left. I saw the password was written on the chit of paper. The units which were in the box looked like they were
used and some user had already logged in and i had to log in with his user id and password. The charger was connected and there was no original wrapping on the laptop or the charger, Charger look like was refurbished. And all finger prints on the laptop and the charger. Touchpad looked like it was used. I tried getting to the delivery guy, He had left in a hurry.
After switching on the screen started flickering as soon as I touched the touchpad. I took the pics of the screen.
Tried getting in touch with the online customer services 24*7 they did not help. Till date I have chatted aroung 20-30 times they just apologize and go to check the issue and then someone answeres and apologizes and goes to check the issue. I very troubled and disgusted with all this. Finally I was able to place a complaint and a return order. But since 16th Aug, 2022 the engineer has not arrived and also its showing he is supposed to come on 30th August, which is almost 15days from the date of purchase and the same day complaint.
