[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about flipkart website and its customer care supporters | |||||
Hi. I ordered a mobile, which supposed to deliver 19 jan 18. On the day itself I got email that. My product is returned because of misrouted. As it was misrouted to 5 km distance, it is not big deal to reroute the product, but Flipkart didn't bothered it. Very bad service, disturbing service, betrayed service. Taking money, getting interest on my money for 12 days You people are so disgusting. That customer care support also has no manners to talk and they didn't even respect and next level senior are not solving the problem. disgusting website and customer care support I will have to give consumer complaint/FIR on this.
