[Resolved]  Flipkart — I am complaining about missing product inside the parcel for which I had paid COD

Address:D-71 Police Colony, Anisabad, Patna, Bihar,800002

I had ordered Mimosa Paisley Kanjivaram Art silk saree worth ₹1, 889, Order ID-OD[protected]. Over the parcel there was two sarees mentioned and the cost was collected for both the sarees but prima facie it appears from outside of the parcel that it contains only one saree inside the parcel. So I quickly open the parcel and saw that there was only one saree of worth ₹ 2069. Immediately I approached to delivery boy who was with bicycle and was near my house make him to witness the situation . He asked me to contact with Customer care as so I did. From that day (25th of Aug) till today, several times I have raised my issue to Flipkart, which is still not solved and and it is rejected and marked as resolved by Flipkart. Every next day, I had registered complain about my issue, they gave me new proposed date for solving the issue . But no one is genuinely working on it . On 5th Sept and 9th sept, I consultant to customer care regarding rejection of my request. they said me that my Flipkart A/C is blocked for unknown reason. I have not received any email related account blocked nor the reason for the same. He assured me that my issue will be resolved till 10th sept. and concerned team will contact me they assured me.
Today, again I contacted to customer care and address my issue and requested to talk with senior executive, after putting ne on hold, she replied that she couldn't connect me to the senior right now and said that contact after sometime. At 1:27 pm, today they send my email stating that that my returns are high. which I quashing because this flipkart Acount ( Account holder name- Kirti Singh) is new. I have only order 10 products, out of which 1 saree is missing( which is in dispute), three products are returned and one product was cancelled immediately because placed by mistake.
Now it appears that they are ignoring my request.

Kindly looked into this matter in depth because it seems carelessness and fraud by the seller. Do necessary inquiry with delivery boy, the seller and the flipkart
