[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about my flipkart account | |||||
I got a mail on nov 6th that my flipkart account got updated to [protected] and i have got a mail that my flipkart mail id got updated. Without otp my account got updated to new mobile number. When i call to flipkart customer care they informed that my mobile number got updated to [protected] and flipkart didnt send an otp to update my account. Due to which i lost my giftcard worth 2000. This has been escalated from last 25 days. Still i didnt get the update from flipkart Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 02, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support Jan 25, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the Flipkart account . We have interacted with the customer and he confirmed that the issue has been resolved . Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
