Flipkart — I am complaining about shoes

I have order a 4 piece combo shoes on 7 December and I have got a shoes on 9 December when I open a packet. 1 of shoes is defective piece had that shoes company name is sports shoes
I want a 10 uk size that you are given a 9uk size and it's also defective piece .
I want to replace it give 10uk size with nice condition piece
