[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about the auto cancellation of my order. | |||||
I have ordered Macbook Air(order id:OD[protected] on 6th oct and was supposed to be delivered on 13th oct and today is 16th oct they have auto cancelled my order. First they have sent the shipment to Kolkata instead of Bangalore(delivery was to be in Bangalore). I was tracking the shipment it showed misroute. Now I have ordered my Laptop with credit card and paid 48290 to flipkart and now I have to pay the bank 52000. Now I am suffering a loss of Rs 4000 and I waited for two weeks for my product. Dec 6, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 21, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already addressed issue amount is refunded to customer's card. An Email communication was send to customer.
