[Resolved] Flipkart — I am complaining about the product which I ordered | |||
I ordered the car key cover on 10th june 2018 and the promise date was by 13th june 2018. As i needed that product immediately i requested flipkart to deliver asap. So the customer support said me to cancel the order we cant deliver. And i said i will wait till the promise date and still the product was not delivered to me. So i called again to customer care and and had a word and they promised me that the product will be delivered by 7 pm if not i no need to pay any amount for the product. But then the product is still not yet delivered. And when i called again to customer care they are ordering me to cancel the order. Its a worst service giving from the flipkart Flipkart is only for name sake when we go fo purchase there is no proper follow ups and no service giving as they promise they are cheating to the customer People please don't get cheated by this flipkart please be careful. Its better to purchase from any other website than going with flipkart. This is the worst service given and i do have the call recorded what they promised me and agreed for the free product.
