[Resolved] Flipkart — I am not able to access my flipkart account | |||
Hi i am abhi ks... Suddenly 2 days ago i was logged out of my flipkart account... I tried to login but it says some sort of error... When i tried to change my password it says password could not be updated or your account had been blocked few days when i ordered my speakers it shows shipped... But later it said your order was cancelled by the seller... I don't know what to do... I need my account back... Verified Support Apr 08, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

My self Sk.jaffer and im from chirala.i orderd two items.but that two products quality is too poor.so returned that product.but without any reason and information my return request is cancelled and my account is blocked.i want reason.
