Flipkart — I am not getting my refund money amount 14999.

I have ordered moto m mobile from flipkart, and make payment form my debit card. then i cancell the order on the same day. flipkart customer care told me that i will get my money with in 6 business day, but till now i am not getting, 6 business days have over.

Updated by PRANAY MAJI i have called so many times in flipkart customer care, they told me to contact with the bank, but bank helpline told me to contact with flipkart care, totally fade up.
