Mera naam vaibhav suresh jadhav mob no [protected] maine moto e4 mobile purches kiya tha lekin 2 din me wo mobile over heatting & hunging problem chalu hua esake bare me maine 5 din pahale ek complaint di thi wo abhi tak solve nahi hui aaj aapke custamer care ko call kiya to pata chala ki pichali complaint close hui hai aaj firse new complaints li hai aur 8 sap 2017 tak mera essu solve hoga aisa bataya gaya hai lekin flipkart cust. Care wale exicutive bhi thik tarah bat nahi kare senior exicutive urvi madam se bhi bat ki lekin muzhe thik tarha bat nahi karte. Muzhe unke khilap complaint karni hai. Verified Support Sep 13, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We informed customer to ship back the product to the Warehouse as there is no pickup serviceability at the customer location but customer not ready to ship the product hence we're closing the complaint from our end.
