I have got a phone call from flipkart agent name Jagdev Yavdav .He toll me that I have own luckydraw 1st prize Tata safari worrth Rs 1280000 .But have not received any sms till from flipkart company.So I request to you please tell me it is real or fake?Please help me by solve my problem.My name isTridib Luchan Boruah from assam.My address- Nahazar village, P.O-Nahazar Pin-785675 Dist-Dibrugarh, State-Assam

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating he is receiving fake calls from fraudsters regarding offers and lucky draws. We would like to inform that any offers appearing anywhere other than on our website (https://www.flipkart.com), Flipkart Lite/mobile site or app are not from sellers on our portal. Also, we have informed the customer that in case of any monetary loss due to fraud by such websites, to file a complaint with the cyber cell for support. Further, informed the customer that the customer can choose to initiate legal action against the spammer/spamming organization too. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
