On 20th march i was purchase a "safari mosaic check-in luggage - 26 inch" via flipkart and i have done payment 2299 inr rupee through my sbi dabit card, but due to covid-19 they canceled my order. And said that i will get my money back by 10 april. I waited till 10 april but i didn't get any money back, And then i talked to the flipkart agent on 12 april but he said that my amount has been transferred to my account. It would have reflected in your credit card by 10 Apr 20. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
