I placed an order
(Order ID : OD[protected] for a study lamp on October 5 on Flipkart and the product status shows delivered on 7 October but i didn't received any update, text, or call from the delivery executive/agent. I waited for 2 days then & I tried help and support, raised an issue on 10/10/2023 they promised to resolve it by 15/10/2023 which ofcourse they didn't. I raised an issue for the second time on 16/10/2023 they again gave me a date i.e. 22/10/2023. They refused to refund saying they don't that option available. Today(19/10/2023) I got a phone call from the company..(the person on phone was very rude) they denied my refund and said they have resolved the problem on their level, claiming that they've delivered the product to the right address and for them the case is closed, that they can't do anything more.
I'm very disheartened from the whole experience. I lost my money and time. I need the lamp to study, cause my exams were near, but they made the whole thing a joke.
Please help.
