[Resolved]  Flipkart — I didn't receive the product and they are not refunding the money

I ordered a watch (Order id - od[protected]
From flipkart on 12th october which was supposed to be delivered on 23rd october. On 23rd, i got a call from the delivery person around 1.30 but i wasn't able to pick up the call that time. I talked to him around 2.30 and he told he is not nearby right now and would deliver the watch at around 7.30 while returning. At around 7.30, he called and told he is getting late and would come back tomorrow. He didn't turn up the next day. After some time, the watch was showing delivered.

I complained about the same and was told that my complain would be resolved by 29th. Then it got delayed to 30th. I didn't get a call on 30th so after waiting for 1 more day i called back on 1st nov. Then, i was asked to waiting for 24 more hours. I didn't get a call next day either. I have been contacting them almost everyday from 1st november and everytime they say we need 24 more hours. (I have the call recorded.)

On 6th nov, i was told that i will get the refund within 24 hours. (I have that recorded as well)

I talked to them an hour back (8 nov), now they are asking me to waiting till 13th nov. Looking at their behaviour, i'm pretty sure they will delay it again and this will keep on going.

I asked them what is the delivery person saying, they told they haven't talked to him yet. I can't understand what were they doing from last 15 days after my complain.

They are not helping at all. They are just delaying things.
