[Resolved] Flipkart — I don't have any bank account | |||
Really i fed up in our daily conversion, send your bank details and i told more than 10 times i don't have any bank account . I told you send this amount in my flipkart wallet, you guys tell no can't possible, then you guys tell me we can give you e-Gift voutcher then i told you fine . Now you guys are telling e-gift Voutcher can't give in some legal issue . What should you do for this tell me clearly, Already i told you i don't have any bank account details . *Can i purchase any product in Rs -320/- amount but payment option cash on delivery but i can't pay you guys are manage these things . * *Whatever i told you guys are telling no u can't . Verified Support Feb 18, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, she claims that amount want to transfer to wallet account and she do not have bank details. Informed customer we cant do refund to wallet account and within bank details we cant do refund so informed customer if you any family member bank details and she said and will come back with bank details and dropped the call. Hence closing the case.
