Flipkart — I got defective product and my account has been blocked

I ordered truke Buds S1 with Quad Mic ENC, 72 Hours Playtime, 10mm drivers with AAC codec Bluetooth Headset, I got the product 20.11.2022. but left side ear bud was not working, so i rise complaint against the product but flipkart dont take any action and they blocked my account.. I want replacement product and unblock my account..
