Sir, Last friday (08/12/17) i had placed the order for an asus i7 laptop (Order id od[protected] and flipkart had confirmed the order. The delivery was scheduled on 12th december and today on 12th they gave a message saying that the order was cancelled and the refund will be processed soon. Is there no value for your customers time and money? What right do you have to suddenly cancel the order, even so you should have the minimum decency as to tell the reason for it's cancellation. If such incidents increases the people's trust on flipkart will be gone! The only thing i want is to get the order back on track, the product must be delivered at the same cost as before to the same address. Kindly waiting for some action to be taken from flipkart? Dec 20, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart contacted me about the same and had given me the refund back pretty soon Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 15, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
