Flipkart — I have been cheated by Flipkart by sending me used Laptop.

Firstly I had ordered Acer Swift 3 long back dated on 05.02.2020 (as mentioned in the Invoice) from Flipkart. I received a product which had a keyboard issue first. Then I claimed for a replacement. I wasn't aware of the warranty registration of my laptop on Acer Website. Then for extending warranty I visited the shop.acer.co.in to register for my product. I found that it was already registered. I checked the warranty validation with the Serial Number of my product and surprisingly it was valid till 08 October 2020. Bt Flipkart claimed me a warranty period of 1 year. Bt It was just 8 months. As I mentioned that it was previously registered I received an refurbished product in the replacement. I want a new replace for it. Please. I'm facing issues with the old product. I'm facing issues with uploading the necessary evidence. Please help me please . 😭😭😭😭
