I have bought a philips 9329/06 electric kettle (Red colour) from flipkart.com on 5th august 2019, but there is some problem with the kettle and i have opted for a refund, this is the 2nd time that the return is getting cancelled from flipkart, the deliver boy doesn't want to pickup my item, he is making excuses, there has been 2 instances in which once he said i am busy and i won't be able to pick up the product and the second time he told me that his bike is not in working order, i have contacted flipkart and they are just following their routine and not working towards fixing the issue, now my return window will close on 15th august 2019 which is in 10 days time, i have tried replacing the product for a refund 2 times and the delivery boy is marking false reason for unsuccessful pickup, first he said item not matching description as told by the customer service representative to me on phone line. This is ridiculous customer service from flipkart, they will eventually end up loosing their customers sooner or later because this is new india and people are smart. Please help me get it sorted.
