[Resolved]  Flipkart — I have got wrong item

I ordered a forever bright toothgel order no. Od[protected] on 06/11/2018 and rs 452 is paid from my account.
But a wrong product named glister toothpaste of rs 270 has come on 15/11/2018.
I want refund by returning this item becasuse of wrong product.
My order no. Is od[protected]
My contact no. Is [protected], [protected].
I requested for return this item on 15/11/2018. But the e-kart wish master (Call [protected], pin 136) did not pick up. I am harrased by several time and my valuable time has been wasted.
It was my first order and i feel very bad situation.
If my money is not refund, i will not buy any item from flipkart in future.
