[Resolved]  Flipkart — I have not got my product

The product was to be delivered by flipkart on 22 september . but till now it has been packed and kept since i week it has not been shipped till now when i saw the tracking details .so please help me out. my order id is OD[protected] .

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, informed him due to the product was not available the shipment was not delivered and it was RTO and informed customer about refund, closing the case.
