[Resolved] Flipkart — I have not received my product which I have paid... No refund made.

I ordered for TV on big billion dayexchange offer...along with that I ordered other items... Flipkart shipping and customer care number was pathetic... First time when they shipped the TV they said we will not exchange this particular TV.. I tried to reach customer care and pay balance amount to get the TV and ignore exchange but customer care was not supportive and they can't understand English... Then finally my money got refunded I ordered for water bottle I have not cancelled the order nor money was refunded nor I got the product I emailed them but your under process but no answer
