[Resolved] Flipkart — I have not yet received refund on the received item

Despite receiving the product, the refund has not been credited to my bank account till date. It's not even shown on the website that they accepted my product after refund was made.

The webpage throws an error to update neft details, but doesn't let me enter the details.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Refund was failed as there was wrong bank details given by customer hence taken new bank details and processed the refund hence case is closed
