Flipkart — I have order mi note 4 but still not delivered

Hi,

i have ordered MI Note 4 on 18th Nov & my Order number is OD[protected]. i have received a confirmation of delivery this product on Monday.

But still no one called me from courier team for this product and still no one message.

service is very bad so please improve your service and also maintain SLA time for consumer.
