[Resolved]  Flipkart — i have ordered a product before 2 months and is not delivered till now

I have ordered a product on 20 september and till now i haven't get my product
Is this your service
They told me that they will provide me the delivery date but they are not doing so
I am also not able to track the order
They are saying that the product is out of stock and we will refund your money
But i want my product, and i[censored] will not able to give me the product then i want a penalty amount and i will fire a case on ur company that u r playing with the people emotions and time
