My laptop have some serious issues as it screen gets black after 15 minutes o[censored]se and after that I'm unable to start it again.. After a month o[censored]se, some white spots appeared on screen..
some times it doesn't shut down and sleep properly..
the background process till works after shut down for hours and hours..
From last 2 months I'm in touch with Flipkart support team..
First I tried to get the contact and address of authorised service center for my this product and Flipkart concernd team provided me wrong address and they also provide me a Google form for my complaint registration and they should supposed to contact me back within 4 working days but they don't..
One day, Flipkart called me back and tell me that try to contact with the number and email id that is tied up with company and flipkart.
They provided me the details on call but the both number and email id does not exist..
Flipkart is also not providing me the details of seller such as contact number and name..
They told me that we dont have any information about the seller.
From last 2 weeks they told me that we are trying to contact with seller but they dont.
Every single time, when a call connects to the flipkart customer care, each time I heard same thing that sir we will resolve your issue till some xyz date and they are extending the date from 2 months but not providing the solution.. whenever call connects, it connect with junior not with senior and they all konw that the junior cannot provide the resolution..
