[Resolved] Flipkart — I need to cancel my order | |||
I am not able to access my flipkart account... When i try to login... When i click on forgot password and type new password it says try again later... I need to cancel my order of a i ball speakers... My account is registered in this mobile number [protected] and i need my account back... I need to cancel my order but i can't because i am not able to login to my account... Soo kindly look forward for my query... Pls cancel my order Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Apr 08, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
