[Resolved] Flipkart — I order iphone 12 and I received iphone SE

I had Booked iphone 12 (128GB) in sale. The order will received but they sent iphone SE (64GB). The box also opened by courier boy i said to him its not my mobile its wrong so you get it and replace the order. But he told its not our fault pls contact to customer care.. so i call customer at the delivery date. But the told its coming technical error technical error.. they not responding properly. I am not using that till now the problem is not resolving.. pls help me its not 1000 r 2000 matter its 54000 matter so please help and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Dear sir, till now my complaint is not resolved and i have not received any update from u sit till now my refund not received otherwise pls request to give me tha mobile which is i am ordered... Pls help as soon as possible...
