Flipkart — I ordered 2 kajal but received only one and paid for two | |||||
I ordered 2 Kajal and they charged for 2 pieces but when received, I found only one Kajal. When I tried to return the product, they are showing that it is non returnable. Then I mailed them through their app. They called and I explained the problem. They said they will send one more Kajal and they will call in 24 hours. But 30 hours have gone and they didn't call. I again sent the mail but this time no call received. And now they are not replying to my mail sent through flip kart app Was this information helpful? | |||||
