I ordered a NEW phone from Flipkart; they delivered me a defect phone! The
phone display is not working. I paid money for NEW Phone and got defected
phone :) When called customer services, they are processing my request and
after two days they are calling back and saying the same stories. I did
this for 6 times, and I am still waiting for the courier executive to get
pick up my phone. It's already been a week of calling them almost every
day, waiting for their senior executive. Daily mailing Flipkart seniors.

this is second time i am placing order
please do needful
i never order again in flipkart.This is last time ordering product in
flipkart
This is happening from last month
i sent a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but no help from they side

*I am filing a case on consumer court regrading this i have all the call
recordings*
filipkart executives only updated wrong address and they are irritating me
on this
they dont have proper training on the calls
thats whyamazon is growing up and filpkart going down
