[Resolved]  Flipkart — I ordered a product on 5th october and have not received it

Hi i ordered a toshibha pendrive and it was expected to deliver on 11th october but i didn't received it.
I received a call from delivery person that my order is miss placed and i will get a refund. But no refund was initiated and i called flipkart but the didn't took any action when i said i will file a complaint on 2 nd november then they took an initiative that they will resolve the issue till 6 but o cancelled the order and till date my money is with flipkart and the are not taking any action and i am not getting my money back nor the product.
