I ordered grocery item on 1 september 2023 which shown that will be delivered on 3rd sept but on 4th September I got massage from Flipkart that due to rush delivery order delivered by 6th sept and on 6th sept at 4:00 p.m I got call from delivery person and I will explained the address but after waiting 1 hour I called him multiple times but his number was busy.
At 10:30p.m. I got massage from Flipkart that order cancelled due denied by me how ever I didn't rejected the order.afterward I call to customer care and miss aparna told me that I have order again she mentioned that else nothing to do.
Just imagine I don't have grocery item I am waiting eagerly for delivery even after late I still wait for so why should I cancelled the order and also I allready paid the amount. I don't know what should I do it's really important issue but there is no plan of action in Flipkart for such type of issues. It need to aware the customer from such type of issues we need to aware people through social media since if someone like me dependent on such order like face the issue.
