[Resolved] Flipkart — i phone se 64 gb, order no - od[protected] | |||
What happened in my order no- od[protected] , my order marked as delivered at your co master, but i did not got shipment of my i phone se 64 gb and a complaint filed on 02, 09, 2020 but till date i did not get any solution of my problem regarding the order i had placed. I had contact flipkart customer care service on daily basis but there was no positive response from the customer service. They are just giving assurance about resolving the problem but on ground reality nothing is happening. The flipkart customer service had given assurance that my problem will be solved as on date 08.09.2020 but after contacting them on 07. Sept 20, they have informed that i have to wait till 12 sep'20 regarding this problem then 17 sept'2020 and now 21sept. I have already paid the amount rs.35999/- for this order and also paying the emi to the bank. Why this type of harassment is going on regarding this order?.
