Flipkart — I received a different fake product | |
I ordered Under armour Project rock 2 Women sports shoes from flipkart.I received a diffrent fake product from what ive ordered.I have paid the money through cash on delivery.Now the pickup delivery agent is cancelling my pickup again and again.He is refusing to pickup my order as he is saying that the ekart company is denying to do so.I had been calling them everyday and they just give me certain date and product pickup date and again the same thing happen.I am facing this problem and flipkart in any away not helping me in this.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 12, 2021 Updated by Anurag97cr7 Now they have again cancelled my return.I have trying to get in touch with senior executive and that is not possible on flipkart.They are kind of being very rude by first not picking up my order and then cancelling my refund again and again.Please help... | |
