[Resolved]  Flipkart — I received a product without price tag

I received the product without price tag.I would like to return.I called flipkart customer care couple of times they are keep telling that we need a price tag to return the product.

As per my initial investigation this seller is a cheater.

I would like to proceed legal action on this.
