Sir, I am Lutfar Rahaman. I ordered realme2(4gb, 64gb) dimond red on 2nd Oct, Tuesday.but I received realme 2(3gb, 32gb)diamond red on 6 oct.I paid through credit card.I sent replacement request on 6 oct.but it was rejected on 12oct.that day 12 oct I called toll free number and flipkart approved my replacement request through phone call.but unfortunately my replacement request was cancelled and flipkart account was also blocked on 13 oct, 3:17 am. Ordered ID-OD[protected] Return ID-[protected] Mobile no-[protected], [protected] Flipkart user id-[protected] Email [protected]@gmail.com Sold by-adilaxmi E-commerce Private Limited.
