Flipkart — I want my refund as soon as possible

I was ordered a mobile phone oppo a16 4/64 on 12th March 2022. I got a wrong product hanger instead of mobile. It was delivered on 16th march 2022. I raised issue many times but it rejected. I frustrated now. I call coustomer care executive and said I want to talk to senior but there is no response from other side. Here's my details.
