I ordered Samsung Galaxy F62 (128) GB, but I received empty box,
So I raised return request but seller again and again rejected my request, so I contacted Flipkart customer care, so they raised issues and create new return request and later some days, I watched my return request rejected, so I contacted customer care they have crated once more return request, but later that request has been rejected, so I contacted Flipcart they escalated my issue, and later I doesn’t able access of my account, I got email of higher numbers of returns in your purchase history so you not able to use your Flipkart account, but I ordered only one product in my this account, still now,
I daily contacting Flipkart for my refund but every day they giving me new day, new date, and only saying
We will resolving your issue early, we will giving refund, but still I doesn’t received my refund, If you not able to activate my account so no I have no issue, but I want my refund, later I received email from the team, they asked me if proof
And I send all documents
And I received update from Flipkart that is they said me we will initiate refund in 24 hours but30days go’s but still I doesn’t received my refund, I want my refund Was this information helpful? |
