Flipkart — I want refund for my purchased | |
I had order item on 19 September (COD) and I got it by 24th September and I had paid by online method on 24 September and my money get debited from my account but on my order section it's showing payment processing so the delivery man Rufus to give me my order and say if you didn't get otp I am not able to give your order so wait until you get otp so I said ok then I have contacted to flipkart support via call 4/5 time but on 1 October I have contacted to flipkart support and I request that please cancel my order because I have waited 11 days but my money still stuck in processing so I don't want my item cancel it and give my refund as soon as possible the supporter called sana said I have taken your request and you will get call from our team by 4th October and they will solve your problem I said what if I didn't get call she said you will get it I put it on high priority I said ok. Then I had check my order section on 2nd October and on that it's showing your delivery has delivered before 2nd October it's in payment processing suddenly it's showing item delivered but I did not got my delivery so I got confused and I also on same day I got mail from flipkart that your payment for order got unsuccessful please pay again etc I will provide screenshot . So what should I do I want to cancel my order and I want my money refunded as soon as possible the order I'd is OD[protected] I will provide screenshot of mail I got from flipkart regarding payment and bank statement of my payment for my order and current order status Was this information helpful? | |
