Flipkart — I want to complain about courier service

The courier are takeing decition on their own hands. They returened my order without asking me a word. They didn't bring the order to my place and still i saw my order status today it showed refund. The last time they cancelled my order. Its the secound time happening to me please look into the matter. And punish those courier service.
