[Resolved] Flipkart — I want to complaint about not deliver of product | |||
I have ordered shoes on 14th oct'19 which was suppose to be deliver on 19th oct'19 but i'm still not received my shoes on 31st oct'19. I have called flipkart several time but every time agent and supervisor telling me to wait 24-48 hours this is very frustrating and dissatisfaction from flipkart service. I'm using flipkart since so long and ordered so many products but never had such situation. I want to escalate my issue to some sr manager or director but there no such escalation matrix.
