I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Filpkart for their lack of customer service and refusal to address my issue. I purchased a product from Filpkart on[protected], but unfortunately, it was the wrong size. As per their return policy, I initiated a return request on[protected], but I have not received any response from them since then.
I have tried reaching out to their customer service team multiple times, but they have not been able to provide any satisfactory resolution. Every time I call or send an email, I am either put on hold for an extended period or redirected to a different department without any solution to my problem.
It has been over (21) since I initiated the return request, and I am yet to receive any update on the same. This lack of response and unprofessionalism has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.
I urge you to take swift action against Filpkart for their poor customer service and negligence towards their customers. I request you to intervene and ensure that my issue is resolved at the earliest.
