I am receiving messages from flipkart that i have ordered a product which i haven't. At first i got an sms that the order was placed for some product. And when i logged in to the app and saw my orders, it showed that there was no such order placed via my account. I haven't ordered a single product yet on flipkart but i still received that message. It resolved my problem without taking much time.
The customer service guy was very polite and spoke very humbly.
Overall it was a great experience. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 01, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 03, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Duplicate- IN[protected]Customer had raised a concern stating that he is getting message stating that he has placed order however, he has not placed any order. Spoke to customer and informed that the other customer had wrongly mentioned his number and informed that issue will not recur. Closing the case. | |
